Natalie Babbitt Natalie Babbitt graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance and Music Business. She studied classical, Broadway, jazz, and pop styles under Brenda Reinebach. While a student there, Natalie was involved with the University Choir and Orchestra, Chamber Singers ensemble and the Jazz Ensemble and was a featured vocalist on several recordings. From 2001 to 2003, she was a member of a premier small group called Celebration that ministered to various churches and other events throughout the year. She also led a team of singers on a music tour of the Northwest.
Natalie has also enjoyed success on the stage (acting and singing) performing in roles such as Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof, Rosie in Bye Bye Birdie, and Maria in The Sound of Music.
Last year she was seen playing the well-acclaimed and challenging role of The Queen of the Night in Mozart’s opera, The Magic Flute.

Organist Julian Revie serves as Organist at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena, where he plays the magnificent 125-rank, 7,072-pipe Casavant organ. He has formerly served as Organist at the St. Thomas More Chapel at Yale University and at the historic Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica in Ottawa, Canada. Born in Ottawa, Julian began his musical life at age four as a pianist. By age ten, he began studies in organ and clarinet. He has won numerous national awards, including first place in the Canadian Music Competitions in 1999. Julian holds a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry from Yale University and a diploma in piano performance, First Class Honors with Distinction, from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. With a passion for contemporary as well as classical music, Julian has appeared as a pianist in jazz musicals and rock operas, and as a singer at New York's Carnegie Hall.

Recently, Julian has written a number of choral and orchestral works. He studies composition with Veronika Krausas at USC and Bruce Reich at UCLA. He also serves as Organist for the Welsh Choir of Southern California and as Executive Board member of the American Guild of Organists, Los Angeles chapter.

The Los Angeles Collaboration The Los Angeles Collaboration was formed by pianist Duane Funderburk and violinist Alex Russell in 2000. In addition to giving masterclasses and lectures, they present over 30 performances annually, performing in concert halls, churches, and universities both nationally and internationally, in duo recitals and with orchestra. Appearances include concerts in cooperation with Shanghai Conservatory and Beijing’s Central Conservatory in China, a recital at St Martin-in-the-Fields in London, England, and as soloists with chamber orchestras in Korea, Sweden, Lithuania, Ukraine, Canada, and with the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra in Yerevan, Armenia. In the U.S., they have performed with chamber orchestras in California, Oregon, Washington, Iowa, Missouri, and Texas.
The Los Angeles Collaboration presents a wide spectrum of musical styles, including classical, sacred, jazz, Broadway and other American music repertoire. They also perform many of their own arrangements and orchestrations, and in 2003 they produced their first CD recording with a studio orchestra in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Collaboration is a member of Chamber Music America.
Duane Funderburk earned his doctorate in Collaborative Keyboard Arts from the University of Southern California and is currently the Dean of the School of Music at Azusa Pacific University. Alex Russell earned his master’s degree in Violin Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and is now on faculty at Azusa Pacific University.

The Azusa Pacific University Handbell Choir utilizes six octaves of handbells and three octaves of choir chimes to perform a variety of handbell music appropriate for many different occasions. Under the direction of Donavon Gray, DMA, the Handbell Choir serves the community through performance at churches, schools, and other organizations throughout the year, as well as touring in May.
